1. Return Window
We accept returns for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging.
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- With all original tags and accessories attached.
3. Return Process (Dropshipping Model)
Due to our global dropshipping model, the return process is as follows:
- The customer must contact us via email at contact@cladence.shop or phone at 13614271500 within the return window.
- Our support team will provide detailed instructions and the return address.
- Once the item is received and inspected by our supplier, and the return is approved, we will initiate the refund.
4. Refunds
The refund will be processed and automatically credited to the customer's original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Final sale items (unless defective).
